Refund policy shall be applicable, if:

The subject-matter expert is unavailable. Although we have the largest network of subject matter experts, still if due to workload an industry-specific writer is unavailable, the money will be refunded

The payment was deducted twice due to a technical glitch

Refund policy shall not be applicable, if:

The customer accepted the work after the deadline was missed by us

The customer doesn’t follow the refund process step by step

NOTE: Only 90% of the amount is refunded as 10% is deducted at the payment gateway. Also, active communication from the client’s end is highly recommended otherwise we own the right to refuse a refund.
